What started with just two cows and two boys in 4-H has grown into a thriving family-run freezer beef operation rooted in hard work, integrity, and a deep respect for the land.

Our story began when our founder, Dean Gangwer decided to raise a single calf for his child’s 4-H project. That experience sparked something bigger—an appreciation for quality beef, the value of knowing where your food comes from, and a passion for raising cattle the right way.

From that humble beginning, we’ve grown steadily—one pasture, one barn, and one customer at a time. Today, we raise premium beef cattle using responsible, sustainable methods, offering farm-to-freezer beef that you can feel good about feeding your family.
